I've worked with Ziplocal for quite some time now regarding the advertising for our company (A+ Services). Of all the people I deal with when it comes to the advertising, no one makes it more easier than Lisa Franco with Ziplocal. Always keeps me informed of deadlines. Always comes by with proofs to make sure all looks good and there are no typos. Lisa makes me look good and I am very happy she is my rep with Ziplocal. She rocks!

ZipLocal has been the worst experience we have had with a service provider in the last 20 years of business. They were hired to maintain a website for our company. They failed to keep it updated and no showed multiple times when we had scheduled appointments to talk about updating it. In the end there was payment processing issue. We never received even a phone call from our ziplocal representative. They just turned it over to collections and terminated our account. BEWARE of ZIPLOCAL, Read your contract because it's almost impossible to get out of once you sign and do their voice verification. I felt like I was trying to get out of a timeshare. I had to hire an attorney to help me get my business out of THEIR CONTRACT THAT AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS FOR ANOTHER 12 MONTHS WITOUT YOU KNOWING. Before renewing a contract, its common courtesy to contact the customer rather than automatically billing them month to month after the original contract expires, regardless of what you terms and conditions state.

0 STARS! Just received a Calvert County phone book published by this company. There are 2 listings for my husband. The one with his full name has the phone number for some poor soul in another part of the state. The other listing, under his initials, has the number we've had for 33 years. There is no one to contact for a correction and in fact, a disclaimer by this company declining all responsibility concerning errors. I wouldn't trust anything coming from this company based upon this experience.
