My husband and I rented two e-bikes during the off-season, and it was amazing! No other tour or rental companies were offering a way for us to see Old Faithful during our mid-November trip, but Yellowstone Adventures made it happen. They accommodated us and gave us the chance to create an unforgettable memory and check off a huge bucket-list moment! We had a great time discovering Yellowstone National Park on snowmobile! However, although we rented a two seater snowmobile with two helmets that heated, the snowmobile provided only had the capability to heat one of our helmets at a time. So one of us had to sacrifice the heat in order to be able to prevent the shield from fogging up so they could see clearly while the other didn’t get what we paid for. We had the chance to ride a Maverick Trail around West Yellowstone, thanks to Yellowstone Adventures. Their staff was attentive, helpful and most of all, suggested trails based on our level of experience. We had a wonderful day riding around! Customer service was flawless, and we will make sure to come back to snowmobile with them. Don’t hesitate to book with them for a memorable experience!
Second year in a row we rented snowmobiles from Yellowstone Adventures and they were fabulous. Great customer service and excellent equipment.
Had the best snow coach experience with our guide, Kenny!! He was kind and professional and accommodated our large group of kids and adults. He also tailored our experience based on our interests. Really great guide, gorgeous scenery, and the snow coach was very comfortable. Kenny had a lot of great knowledge about the park. Highly recommend this experience!
