My friend called ahead with his company name and PO number to grab some parts. I drove up from Moab and walked in talking to the person at the front trying to find the parts that were held for him. There was some initial confusion because they were unable to look up the PO name or the company name. What started as a basic level of confusion deteriorated into an exceeding level of disrespect.
