This place is trash the owners only care about one thing and that is to make a profit they couldn't care less about the fact that our mother just died and gave us unfair stipulations on how to process her trailer do not rent from this place you'd be better off living on the streets than trusting these people
This park is one of the nicest ones you'll find. It's clean and it has large lots. It's got beautiful scenery and I love being able to see deer in the yard. It's very peaceful here and the people are very nice.
If you are looking for the right place for a home that is peaceful and quiet look no further this park is clean safe well maintained good people all around a beautiful place to live highly recommend this place for long-term living or even short-term the office and the team that runs it are absolutely amazing very respectful and helpful anytime I've had to speak with them
You will not get your security deposit back! And they’re proud of it! I thought it was a joke until it actually happened to us! We had an emergency back home and had to leave at night the day before the first of the month and we gave the park a call first thing in the morning on the first with no response from them it took seven days later after leaving a voicemail for them to get back to us and the conclusion we had was them telling me that since you didn’t let us know that night you left and there was freezing temperatures... read more
Only because I have friends that live in this place. It would get nothing from me but this review. I used to live in this establishment. The Mobile home we got into had mold that wasn't mentioned, food was stuck in the vents and my son got his toys stole from the crackhead that lived across from us. Luckily that Mobile home is gone and that man isn't making anymore money off it.
