Super knowledgeable and kind, multiple choices on site or can be delivered. I must say I found comfort in the owners honesty. It's rare that I trust someone immediately but I must admit I felt super comfortable during my visit. I spent my time listening and not talking. My sister trusted theirs facility which is what made me return.i highly recommend the place !!! Ido lots of reviews but this is the first time I've made it a personal recommendation based on my experience.

DJ was out going and sincerely interested in solving our problem. Found a fuse that was broken. He managed to remove the old fuse and put a new one in. Most businesses would have charge a diagnostic fee and something for the fuse. He didn’t blink and eye. Said it’s on the house and wouldn’t take a dime. If we ever need scooter or repair we’ll be back.

Their advertisement says we have everything. I called him up and said I want to know if you have everything do you have this specific tilting space wheelchair for a quadriplegic with cerebral palsy. I was so shocked after calling 10 other places that he had it I am so grateful thank you DJ!! The chair is absolutely wonderful we made it to my son's appointments this makes traveling so much easier. I attempted for literally days to find an authorized repair facility for Pride Mobility scooters. What a frustrating major pain in the rear. I located this "independant" repair place on a net search. This facility is my now go to repair and purchase place. He has it all. I for one would happily buy one of his used units. Why? He can do all repairs. This place is 140 miles from me and will happily journey to seek their service. I'm a small businessman too. We run a few semi trucks for farmers and we avoid corporate. Come here... read more

Had a fantastic experience! Called before going there as my husband and I realized, on the way home from his surgery, that we needed a wheelchair ASAP. They had loads of wheelchairs so I could get a used one, new one, or even different sizes. I specifically needed elevated leg rests for my husband and he had those too. Even made sure that the used chair we bought was tightened up and safe before I purchased. Thank you so much for the expertise and help in a crisis.
