The third axel on my trailer had an issue. I made a call and arrived at their shop few minutes later. As busy as they are here the shop crew met me outside and guided me in, and before I came out of my truck to talk to them three mechanics were under the trailer inspecting the problem. Clean office, stuff to buy all around and lots of information posted. Got accused of stealing our vehicle though just because they had the wrong name on their computers… Then a random shop guy who wasn’t even working on our vehicle came into the waiting room / office where we were and started practically yelling “If they can’t figure out what name to use just use Darth Vader” Referring to us and the wrong name confusion. This is by far the ABSOLUTE BEST BUSINESS I've ever supported! No other tire shops (or really anyone) can compare. Everyone was so kind, compassionate, and treats you like how family should! I was coming from Missouri going to EL Paso Tx. When in the middle of the night my water pump came apart. I managed to make it to their shop about 1:30am slept in our Jeep till they opened at 8:00am real quick they started working on our Jeep. At about 11:30 the owner asked us if we had eaten anything, to which we answered no. He said come on go to lunch with me so we did.
