Brought my 04 40th Anniversary Mustang with the Mach audio system in for a head unit install.coming in with a clipped harness this guy puts in work! I had ordered a installation kit , I knew prior it was a lil janky as far as fitment, anyways the guy went above and beyond on his own to do his magic to make everything almost perfect. I highly recommend this spot for your car audio or electronic accessories. I will be returning for a full woofer and amp install shortly . Much appreciated 🫡
My dad bought a dash cam here and was really impressed with the whole experience. I stopped by to check it out for myself and was blown away by the quality of the install—super clean and professional. My dad even went back later with some follow-up questions, and the guy was gracious and happy to help. Had stereo and speakers done in my Silverado today as usual done in timely manner. Then right after that had same done in nephews truck. Been going here for years always great service would not go anywhere else.
Bought an aftermarket stereo from an online authorized dealer. The unit worked for a couple of months and then failed. Thunder Autosound was willing to diagnose and confirm the stereo unit was bad, even though they didn't install it, which allowed me to get a replacement unit from the original dealer at no cost. Service was awesome and quick. :D
I had an excellent experience. Aaron is awesome and his knowledge base is top notch. He has all the right products for the right situation and installed quickly. He provided some extra help to work out a couple of bugs. I'm very impressed and will shop there over and over for all my alarm and audio needs.
