Muhammad was my driver and he was fantastic, very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain what was going on and made sure my car was handled carefully. The service overall was excellent, and what stood out the most was how honest and straightforward they were about everything. Mohammed was outstanding. He arrived quickly, communicated clearly the entire time, and handled my vehicle with real care and professionalism. Being stuck is stressful, but Mohammed made the whole situation smooth and straightforward. Courteous, knowledgeable, and dependable—exactly the kind of tow truck driver you hope shows up. Driving in our lane Teds Towing pulled right into our lane and proceeded to pull forward making us have to pull off the road. Beeped horn and driver beeped back and gave us a dirty look. Sorry but this is not acceptable. If he can’t tow a truck without cutting off traffic he shouldn’t be driving.

The driver came with in 30 minutes. Very quick and efficient when it came to getting my car in the ramp. Took precaution and used what was needed. Even checked the issues once stated.
