Muhammad was my driver and he was fantastic, very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain what was going on and made sure my car was handled carefully. The service overall was excellent, and what stood out the most was how honest and straightforward they were about everything. Driving in our lane Teds Towing pulled right into our lane and proceeded to pull forward making us have to pull off the road. Beeped horn and driver beeped back and gave us a dirty look. Sorry but this is not acceptable. If he can’t tow a truck without cutting off traffic he shouldn’t be driving.
