Not sure if this is the normal schedule or a recent change, but the shop wasn’t open on Saturday. I stopped by around 10:30 AM and it was completely closed—lights off and the door locked. The sign on the door says they should be open, and the automated phone message says the same. I spoke with someone (likely an emergency dispatcher) who also confirmed the store should be open. They said they would relay my message, but I never heard back.

Dusty helped me get into my storage unit and was quick, efficient, and kind. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

I just got made keys for 2 of my trucks, a camper shell and a service bed and Spencer’s guys were great. They program trucks with your new keys too for a very reasonable price. They had 1970 C10 key in stock, ARE camper shell keys in stock etc. huge inventory the whole wall is covered with keys so they most likely will have what you need. Super reasonable prices, nice stuff who still care about their business. Not a chain. I totally recommend this place and I will be back!! :))

This place is awesome! I called because a key was stuck in a condo door where they do servicing so they were familiar with the condominium complex. Scott walked me through pushing down the cylinder and see if that would pull the key out and it did! I was so incredibly grateful he could have easily said we only can offer after hours service and of course with that would come a high fee. Came in to this place in hopes of finding a solution to my key car ignition issues--was sent to your place by Edwin's car repair across the street. Upon explaining what I needed to a guy whom later identified himself as James. Before I write more publicly, I would like someone to contact me directly as I have never been more humiliated and at the same time felt intimidated by someone that only made fun of myself and to mock every word that I spoke.
