⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently experienced notably excellent quality craftsmanship of a new residential cedar fence from Southgate. Southgate was recommended by our neighbor and after seeing the quality of her fence, we decided to get on the schedule. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the services provided by Southgate and their team, especially Dan, the gentleman that built our fence & gate. Ed came out to give me estimate, which was lower than any other business. He was kind and informative. Then they built my 16 foot entry gate and installed it with perfection. They were all great! Thanks guys. Love my gate!
I've used Southgate for several projects both for my personal and commercial use. They have always been great at getting the project phased properly and completing the work. I think a lot of people expect the fence to be done in one mobilization, but you have to remember if you want the best finished product to be patient. The first trip is to set the posts and allow concrete to cure. Then they fabricate on the fencing and gates while all that happens. I always recommend them!
Had Ed their manager come out to my house in yelm and give an estimate. Heard they were good. I was on vacation while they installed a small dog run area. Come back to find the fence going in all different directions, not straight, not the same height, not much at all but inexperienced guys installing a cheap fence. We are frustrated. We have hired Southgate to replace our backyard fence. They came the end of July and tore our existing fence out and put the new posts in. When they didn’t return the next Monday or Tuesday we reached out only to be told they would be back to finish the fence in 10-12 working days. I called on August 14th to try and get some answers and was told a message was delivered and I would get a call back. It’s been 2 business days and no call back and no workers have been here.
