I would like to be clear that this 1 star review could have been avoided or rated higher had this company not failed to meet basic professional expectations. The concerns I would like to make future customers aware of were all things that had been clearly communicated to this company. Unfortunately each concern that arose only offered another opportunity for this company to fall short and lack communication. South Central Wisconsin Roofing was a local company known to us. The Owens Corning system they use is the best we saw and it has a Fifty Year, transferable warranty. They also were the best price on replacing our roof. Many said they couldn't start for some time; South Central started a week after receiving our deposit. Their crew showed up on time and wasted no time. Old roof was off, new roof on and all cleaned up in one day. Overall outstanding; price, product, labor and importantly, people. We recommend them, period.
Glen, Mike, Todd, and the crew did an amazing job on the roof and skylights. Cost was extremely competitive and the construction they did turning a flat rubber roof into a gable, following the existing roof, is amazing. Rip, prep, replace, and clean up all in a day besides the new construction. Couldn't ask for a better outcome, thank you all.
Excellent workmanship, service & attention to detail. They tore off, put on new plywood & shingled in one day. Nice, polite work crew who cleaned up after themselves- Even brought their own portable potty. Highly recommend!!
I would like to thank everyone at South Central Wisconsin Roofing for the awesome job they did on our roof replacement. When it comes to home improvement, our last few projects were completed by those who spend more on advertising than quality customer service. They all ended in epic disaster and an empty wallet.
