I have had nothing but 5 star interactions with these guys. They inspected the well system when I was looking to buy my house and answered a bunch of follow up questions, installed extra filtration when we bought the house, showed up with parts ready and rebuilt my booster pump when we had issues, and recommended a great partner electrician to help find a short in a buried line. I look forward to doing business with RVPS for many years to come and really appreciate having a company like this in town.
Rogue Valley Pump is the best! I've been using them for years and it's always been a good experience. Everybody there is not only knowledgeable, but kind, considerate, and helpful. Joel came out today to replace a filter and UV light and he worked quickly and expertly. I watched him the entire time and he explained everything he was doing. And was so patient with all my questions! He knows his stuff and I learned a lot. Thank you Rogue Valley Pump!
We recently had a booster pump problem at one of our rentals.. they were there the next day and got it fixed and it was a fraction of the cost of what I thought it was gonna be. Joel did a fantastic job and he didn’t try to talk me into expensive new equipment and I really appreciated that. Great company.
These guys are fabulous. They were able to adjust my subdrive so that I did not need to replace it. I was told by another firm that the subdrive was at end of life. Joel said it might be but lets try something first and he adjusted it, replaced another part and spent $233 instead of $3,000.
