Never open despite the website and hours on the door stating they open 10am Saturday
Amazing service and quality renewed products. I've purchased 2 laptops from the store and have nothing but great things to say. It is definitely worth checking out for a great clean used laptop or other gaming or computer accessories. Cool audio equipment and speakers as well! Highly recommend.
I purchased a receiver from them off Ebay. Their pricing was very fair and their customer service was absolutely excellent. I cannot recommend this company enough. Every business should treat their customers like they do. Thank you for a great transaction experience.
Hands down the best place to get a phone fixed!!! Came to Billings in hopes of getting my iPhone 8+ fixed, 3 other business told me there was no way to fix it. Took it in to the Replay Store and Chris took one glance at it and told me he could fix it. Chris was sufficient and fast. Also he has Great customer service. Chris was the only one in the shop that week an he was Absolutely Amazing!!! Great business with these people!!!!!
Bought a 1300 PC from them, was having issues. They said they didn't see anything wrong even though the PC was running 80c idle. They dropped the PC twice, and offered nothing to resolve the new dents and scratches on it. After replacing the cooler on the PC myself it runs great. Unfortunately the cooler I had to replace was worth $200. In their defense they said I could bring it back at anytime but it's just not worth it considering the last time I took it in the issue wasnt identified. Not a good experience.
