Premier Collision has incredible customer service. My daughter is in Pocatello for college and her door handle came off her car this morning. I called to see if they could check out her car today, they said to stop by when she had time and they would look at it. They fixed her door at no charge. Thank you so much for being so amazing to my daughter and the wonderful customer service.
Premier Collision is the absolute best! They did an amazing job repairing our Yukon after a fender bender. The quality of their work was excellent—you’d never know it had been in an accident. Their team communicated clearly and consistently throughout the entire process, which made everything so much less stressful. They were also quick and efficient, getting us back on the road sooner than expected. We’re very happy with our experience and would highly recommend Premier Collision Center to anyone needing collision repair!
If you are not using Premier, you are missing out. Took my truck in for repairs on December 15. They shuttled me to Enterprise to get my rental.On Dec 16 I got updates on the repairs. They had to pull off a stainless steel panels to assess the damage underneath and they let me know it would be done about 5 days later than estimated.The updates are great. They are very nice and caring. The customer service is wonderful. Something that is lacking these days. Will go back
They seemed honest and were helpful and positive. They helped me make an informed decision on our repairs and didn't try to sell extra services even though the car could have used more work to make it look better (from a previous incident before we bought the car). They explained what it would cost to repair the previous cosmetic problem and offered to cut their hourly rate on that particular repair, then respected our choice not to make that repair, but gave us 90 days if we changed our mind. Treated like a friend not a stranger. I loved the updates throughout the process of them working on my car. My care was returned cleaner then I took it in. They did a great job on repairs.
