This experience raises serious concerns about honesty and professional responsibility. I brought my vehicle in due to a noticeable vibration. Based on well-documented issues among Tesla owners, I specifically requested that the inside of the tire be checked for foam separation. We got a flat tire just before closing and these guys were able to fit us in right before closing time. We got the flat tire repaired and replaced for our trip. Ryan helped us get everything set up and was phenomenal to work with—his customer service was excellent! Highly recommend!

my tire blew and I stripped a lug bolt trying to get the spare on. they had me in and went ahead and did my emissions as well and I was out in about an hour. the staff were very friendly and the price was great. probably the best place I could have lost my tire near!

I can’t say enough positive things about Piedmont. They are the most trustworthy and honest people I’ve worked with in a long time. If there was one negative it’s that they are so very busy. It takes patience to get in, but that is because they are so awesome.

Made an appt for 8:00 for an oil change, arrived on time. Just left at 9:35. Asked what the holdup was around 9:25, was told that during the change, the check-engine light suddenly popped on and they couldn’t figure out why. I told them I had to leave in 5 min and miraculously the oil change was finished and the light was off. Went here previously with great service, not sure if management has changed or not what. Edit- light still on after all
