This review pertains to the Walgreen's lot in Park City. Worked here for 16 years, lived down the street for four. Outside of Sundance, when I've had guests, I've parked in that lot two or three times during the winter with the SAME note in the window that I showed them after picking up the car. Same spot, same circumstances, just happened during the last fest, other dates. I had a horrific incident where my Travato was stranded in a rural, tree-laden property on the river in Oakley, Utah. Courtney and Nick came to rescue me and they were absolutely wonderful, professional, talented, and kind-hearted (when I was so distressed). I am so pleased with Park City Tow! What a great company!
Totally understand the circumstances of my vehicle being towed, but when I asked some clarifying questions the woman spoke down to me and was just rude. I was shocked- I wasn’t trying to get out of paying for the tow, I was just wanting to hah some clarity on why the vehicle was towed. She was just a grumpy rude lady
Let’s be honest here… NOBODY likes, enjoys, or gets anything out of their car being towed. But speaking as someone who this has often happened to… I can 💯 say without any dang doubt these guys are THE BEST! This ragtime family business and they’re hella cute, yet spoiled (is there ANY other way?!) pup will be there for you… at the beginning (even if you might not know it 😜) but most importantly at the end. They are very friendly, personable, and REAL people! I cannot thank you guys enough for keeping my whip safe… thanks!
This experience can best be described as predatory—true vultures. During Sundance, guests are clearly targeted and taken advantage of. Due to poor or nonexistent signage, vehicles are towed, and the tow company appears to work in coordination with surrounding businesses. The woman in the office was especially unprofessional and dismissive. The entire interaction lacked basic courtesy or accountability.
