Stop in their office and spoke with Dan about recently experiencing iron in our water and a filtration system that would correct this issue. Dan explained that before considering a filtration system I should check the pressure tank for possible failure. He explained how I could check the tank myself in a few easy steps. Sure enough the tank had failed and was still under warranty. The tank was replaced the same day. Dan is knowledgeable, professional and saved me a ton of money. Thank you

The people were pleasant. The estimate they provided was exactly what I wanted. However, getting them to return my calls was almost impossible. Dan promised to call on Monday. He never called until 2 weeks later and then it was to say he did not remember if we talked. I called and they promised to call back as soon as someone was available. Two days have passed and no one has called. This is the way it has gone every time I called. We showed up at 4:45 to their shop with a picture of our broken pump and were met with the most helpful and friendly staff. They all worked together and figured out exactly what we needed and had us out the door with the right parts before 5:00. Excellent customer service
