Called on a Thursday afternoon about our pressure tank and spoke to Ed. He was extremely helpful and explained what the issue could be. Stated he would have a tech out as soon as he could. Tech (Jordan) came the next day and had the issue fixed quickly. Explained everything to me as well. Excellent customer service! Thanks!

Nothing but good things to say about Ed and Noah and the prompt service we received. Ed was helpful troubleshooting possible causes over the phone on Thursday and was pleasantly surprised they could get out here (in the Highland Mountains) on Friday. Noah was polite, professional and kept us well informed as the work progressed. We were fortunate to only have to replace the pressure switch and wiring in the pump harness. Great people and great service!

Mike and Rob installed our new well outside of Salmon, Idaho this past week. They were great to work with and very professional. The well ended up being much deeper than we thought (over 500 feet), but they found the water that we needed! Brittany and Jerry were also great to work with, and they were very helpful on the phone. O'Keefe was quick to get scheduled for the project, and they were much less expensive than the drillers in the Idaho Falls region. Great company! Drilling can be stressful but this company is knowledgeable and experienced.. am very happy with the experience overall.. thanks again to Jerry!! Nice well..
