Initially, the service and response from New Tech Metals was great. They ran a few trial runs cutting aluminum into smaller pieces and shapes for our project. After that, it took weeks with no response to get a quote on how much the project would cost. We then accepted the quote but did not get any response back when or if they would produce our requested cutout parts. All service and communication then stopped.
