The staff is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. They have treated my gsd for years with understanding and love. Had to put my 13 yr old shepherd down last week and received this -no other friend has ever received something like this from their vet.

I have been bringing my cats here for about a year and it’s been great. The staff are friendly and caring and really take the time to listen to you. Dr. Rommel is especially excellent, and he is able to provide suggestions to help figure out what’s going on with my perpetually problematic cat, when it had felt like I’d previously just hit and wall and there was maybe nothing to be done. We have been taking our dogs here for about 12 years and never had a bad experience. On Martin Luther King day our 14 1/2 year old lab experienced some sort of neurological episode and we knew it was probably time to say goodbye. I called the office knowing it would be a busy day with people off from work. They offered to have us come in right before their lunch time. Extremely disappointed 10 year loyal customer I’ve been a loyal client of Millersville Animal Hospital for over 10 years, bringing multiple pets here and always receiving good care — until now. Even after moving to Annapolis, I continued making the drive to Millersville because I trusted the vet. Last week, one of my dogs wasn’t doing well. I've been going to Millersville Animal Hospital ever since I moved to Maryland back in 1999. They have taken care of two dogs who have crossed the rainbow bridge, two cats who are still alive and kicking in my latest addition a rescue pup. Everyone is extremely friendly, very helpful in the obviously love animals and love their job.
