If you’re trying to decide where to take your car…. TAKE IT TO MIKE! Someone backed into my car and I was so upset about the dents. I called Mike that same day to see if he’d give me an estimate and not only did he see me that night, he offered to come by so I don’t have to drive over. I had a very disappointing experience at Mike’s Auto Clinic. When I called, the secretary was abrupt and rude, which immediately set the tone. I needed a spare tire put on using the donut that was already in my car. They did have to cut off the bolt key, but I was charged a total of $150 for simply removing the bolt key and putting on the spare. No new parts, no tire purchased from them just labor. I wish I could give this place a 5 star. Mike was great, him and his guys got my car running again. The front desk lady was very disrespectful towards me. My car didn’t pass a AC leak test I was upset I didn’t get told that when picking up my car, as it’s still hot outside and I have little kids. Instead of letting me know what’s going on with my car, she took it upon herself to text my mom. They didn’t even call me to tell me it was done she texted my mom and said it was done definitely poor customer service there.. Felt a ... read more

Great service. We were stranded on our way east needing a fuel pump and tricky fuel tank situation. Mike’s Auto got it in and out within 5 hours and on the road. Real straight forward guy, understood our situation and worked hard to get us straightened out. Their office staff was friendly and patient. We appreciate their help and recommend to anyone, especially when you’re in a pinch.

18AUG2025 - After my car broke down 1,400 miles from home our tow truck driver recommended Mike's. Because I was passing through the area I didn't have a preference so I took him up on his recommendation. I'm glad I did! Mike was friendly, quickly diagnosed the issue, and provided details of next steps. Mary, the office manager, was an angel throughout the process.
