Dr. Azam takes the time to answer all your questions, and LISTENS. That's why I am so disappointed when I came for my third appointment to check on a huge floater in my right eye. The staff asked for a copay, and I only have Medicare with a supplement and NO vision insurance covering eyeglasses or regular eye checks. I had vision issues not related to glasses, and Dr. Azam really helped me. I asked them about why they asked for money and they insisted I pay them $35.00 according to some paper they had. I went for the eye check up and had a great experience at Metro eye center. I was a new patient. The receptionist was pleasant and efficient. Paperwork was done quickly.Doctor Amina was very thorough, knowledgeable and understanding. She told me several helpful tips regarding my eye sight and use of lenses. Great experience overall, I am glad I went to Metro.
My husband, daughter and I went to see Dr. Azam and had a fantastic experience. It was not our first appointment with her, but for our elementary-aged daughter, it was. Dr. Azam was patient, extremely attentive and thorough. She addressed our curiosity and gave us tips for eye health. She was very kind and comprehensive in her review!
My wife had her contacts made here and everything was great until we received our EOB from our insurance, we noticed this place overcharged us 2 times, once for the fitting and another time for the lenses. Once can be an innocent mistake but twice is unacceptable. We went back and they reimbursed us the difference for 1 change but not the other without a convincing explanation. Service was good but this still soured the experience.
From the front desk to the doctor. Everyone was so professional and showed so much kindness. Dr. Adam is so intelligent and informative. She didn’t rush and she took time to answer all of my concerns. Thank you so much.
