This office was amazing!! They were quick,precise and absolutely pleasant. I never let anyone touch my feet. I am a professional wildland firefighter. My feet are my world. I could not have gone to a better foot doctor. They ended up being my family foot doctor. I highly recommend the doctors and staff at this office.
I went to Medford Foot & Ankle Clinic to have a toenail removed on my left foot big toe. I selected this clinic based on my past positive experience with the staff. Dr Ryan Mayberry, DPM and MA Lisa were outstanding! They made me feel comfortable during the whole process. Not only is Dr. Millward attentive, he explains and makes sure I understood. A BIG bonus is that his office is so ON TIME with its appointments!! I changed from another more popular orthopedics office mainly because it often took me hour(s) to have a 15 min. appointment. The staff is pleasant and competent. They may have to move to larger quarters as they increase their patient base?
The office is efficiently run and all was smooth from referral through visit checkout. I was seen for a bone spur and other foot issues. I felt the doctor listened to me, examined my foot and offered a good treatment plan. I left with exercises and inner soles to help with my heel pain.
