We moved back into this house in July. The quick story. Our GC set up another septic company to locate the exact location of a forced main (over 300’) as well as the main tank, d box. They came ill prepared and after two late afternoon ( into darkness) attempts they only located the tank which was easy as there was clean out nearby and only 2/3rds of the forced main. McKim Septic is great! We had a pump failure that was noticed when our high level alarm went off today. They came out within hours and pumped then replaced our pump. Great technicians and very prompt service. I would highly recommend!
They helped us when no one else would even return my calls! And they fixed the major problems that a different “reputable” company had ignored and refused to work on even after I paid them top dollar for an inspection. The other company was a waste of my time and money. McKim was professional and offered timely service and problem solving. Would recommend to all my friends and family.
This company has misled us since 2006 for services not rendered!. They took advantage of unknowing consumer who assumed they have been doing our septic inspections and clearing out our drains. After all these years, we recently found out their records do not even show our correct drain area and when they have been taking our money, they have not been doing the work! Crooks! Amazing response time! We arrived home from vacation to the septic alarm going off - could have been very bad. A truck arrived within an hour of our call, the problem was diagnosed, and the problem was fixed quickly. Couldn't ask for more.
