These guys really worked with me to get the price WAY down! I had some pretty extensive front end damage. Original quote was over 8,000$ and these guys got it down to 1500$ after parts and labor. They told me all the parts it needed which allowed me to find used parts that they were able to install perfectly in a timely manner. Every shop I called told me at least a month before they were able to take my car in due to the work it needed. These guys had it in and out 2 weeks after I called. 10/10 recommend.
FYI: One of the owners passed away in April, he was my dad and he ran an exceptional business with his brother. My dad had a true talent in auto body and won numerous awards, and no one will ever live up to those expectations. It has been so devastating he passed away and it is up to my Uncle Don to keep this business afloat, while grieving the loss of his brother. Please be considerate and know all the guys working here are doing their best to accommodate your auto body needs, but it might take some extra time.
Waited a month for my June 28th appointment. At the last minute, they told me they needed to push me out two more weeks. So, I drop my vehicle off on Thursday, July 13th and was told it would be done early next week. Call on Monday and they tell me it will be ready Tuesday or Wednesday. Call Wednesday and they tell me Friday or Monday. On Friday, I drive by the shop and see my truck sitting outside, untouched, 8 days after I dropped my truck off. Would give 0 if I could. The communication at this location SUCKS. Been waiting for my appointment for over a month now.. took my car in.. Had my car all day and they didn’t even call to tell me that the parts won’t even be ready for almost another week until I got to the place. Also declined to tell me that it would take more than 1 day to fix my car even though I called a half hour before I came to pick it up and he said it will be ready if I dropped it off Saturday only to turn around and tell me it’s gonna take about 4 d... read more
Good people to talk to , There work is Great .they have been around a long time and I've never herd any complaints. We trust them any problems they want you to bring it back the vehicle back so they could take care of it .
