Marshall’s was easy to schedule and to work with insurance on fixing my truck. You can tell they take pride in their work. They were done quicker than the time frame quoted. I would use them again and highly recommend using this family owned and local business.
Front office personnel very friendly and professional. My truck was rear ended. I was given an estimate at that time . I was given a repair date. 2 week lead time. I dropped my vehicle off on the date I was given. I was given a completion date 10 days later. My vehicle was completed in 6 days. Very good job. Can't tell the vehicle had been in an accident. Vehicle has a specific paint color. The painted AREA was matched perfectly. I am extremely happy with the repair. Their customer relations was better than expected.
Staff was friendly and professional got the ball rolling with insurance. Our 2024 Rav was rearended on the driver side corner, at bumper and quarter panel and its back looking like new. We highly recommend them
Very professional crew to interact with, responsive to email and questions. They did a complete repaint for me on an old VW including body work (old Bondo, everpresent rust) and the end result is incredible. Including all those hard to get to places like the deck lid vent. Very happy with the work they did. This is the second vehicle they’ve worked on for me and I will definitely go back to them if the need or opportunity arises.
Where do I start? The ladies in the front office were incredibly friendly and patient and I enjoyed my conversations with them each time I went in, or called. I will admit, I was anxious having my door panel resprayed with clear coat because of my unhealthy love for my vehicle. That anxiety was quickly replaced with excitement after meeting with the owner who walked me through the entire process for the respray on the door panel.
