Have been working with Mark Rule & Co for many years. They have helped me adjust and transition my business when it made sense from a tax perspective. Mark Rule & Co setup our SCorp and LLCs, plus provided payroll services. Additionally, they provided Tax filings for years. Fantastic experience!
Told them I was not knowledgeable about taxes and my tax situation was complicated due to a recent divorce and that I needed personal help and did not feel comfortable just leaving all of my paperwork with them. They said that "They didn't want to argue with me." Then one of the accountants said "I don't want him here." Then they asked me to leave without a reason. Wouldn't recommend if you are just getting your taxes done.
I wish there was a ZERO star option- worst accounting service in the state!!!! Always late on deadlines, very unprofessional and when we tried to retrieve our bank statements etc. they indicated we needed to come back so they could get them together when we returned they stated they did not have them. (We printed them off and dropped them off to them 4 months ago)
Unprofessional behavior, very rude and careless. As soon as you walk in the doors the looks they will give you will immediately make your blood Boil and make you feel very uncomfortable, And as soon as they start talking to you with there disrespectful mocking you voice is even worse. Will make you want to walk right back out that door. Wouldn’t recommend these ladies!
