The entire office staff and Dr. Loza were incredibly supportive and patient with my elderly parents while working on his root canals. Made it as comfortable as possible. It is challenging to find medical staff that truly cares about the patients. To the entire staff! Thank you!!!!! GREAT JOB DONE!!!
Dr. Luis Loza has been my family dentist for many years now. I enjoy his entire staff from the receptionist to Charlene who has been my dental hygienist since I first started going there. I would highly recommend this office as you will not be disappointed. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
With a friendy atmosphere, since you walk in the front desk staff are make you feel like you're welcome; very professional dental doctors and assitants, as reliable a clean office/cleaning, I can say that 5 starts is not enough to rate this dental clinic; which has served me very satisfactorily for around 15 years. Strongly recommend it 👌
I was so impressed with Dr Loza and the whole staff, everyone is so nice from the front desk to the billing department. I have had a lot of dental work so due to my previous experiences I was a little nervous but to my surprise Dr Loza and his assistant made my experience extremely pleasant, Dr Loza kept telling me everything he was going to do so that I would be aware so to make a long story short I didn't feel a thing I was so surprised when he told me that he was done. The dr. Loza and his team are amazing, extremely affordable, and accommodating. The team is very welcoming treating everyone with respect and making you feel like a friend. Weather it is a long term treatment plan or a routine check-up, the quality of care is top notch with continued communication and compassion. After 6 years of going to this practice, I will continue to put complete trust in Dr. Loza and his team for my dental care.
