If you are looking for a park with swimming pool, playground, tennis courts,....keep looking. If you are looking for the best park management and affordable pricing check out the the Lariat. My wife and I lived there for over four years without any issues. We left the Casper area for work, but would return if the work situation changes. Thanks for everything Chuck and Chris.

Well priced and well located. Place is rough looking, but great for temporary stay. The owners are just the sweetest people you can meet. I'd have stayed there longer just because of them. Chuck and his son are just amazing landlords.
Stayed for a couple of weeks. It was quite even though next to a main road. Everyone was friendly around me. Chuck and Chris are the most friendly and fair owners I have ever dealt with. Would have stayed longer if the job was closer.
Older trailers and laid back landlord. A bit too laid back. People say they wait for repairs for quite a while. Not bad if you're not going to stay long. Not sure I'd want to live there.
