We cannot rave enough about Korvin appliance! Everyone we worked with was professional, knowledgeable and delightful! Shane immediately helped guide us to the refrigerator that would meet all of our needs. Jeff skillfully coordinated a delivery date and time that was best for us. Jacob and Dakota were absolute superstars: removing the old fridge and installing the new one in Herculean fashion! Korvin has been great to work with since my first interaction. Great service and support for their products which you will not get at other larger companies... Can't recommend them enough. Shop local and enjoy having someone you can call if something goes wrong or you have a question.
You can always tell when you walk into a store if the owner is on premises every day. It becomes very apparent in contrast to the experience at a large business with multiple locations. These guys know their stuff, they took the extra effort to make sure the items would work in a difficult installation, and even found a way to save me a chunk of money along the way. That wouldn't have happened elsewhere.
Always a very pleasant experience with Jeff, Shane and Terry. Great quality appliances at very reasonable prices and they come with knowledgeable service technicians for any future maintenance.
Korvin doesn't hesitate to make things right. We've owned many appliances purchased through them and unfortunately our last appliance died - they promptly made appointment to send tech out, diagnosed, and replaced the dryer unit. I was impressed, thinking it was going to be a fight with the brand itself. Knowing Korvin worked hard to do the right thing was amazing.
