When I called, the woman who answered was great. She shared a wealth of information. There is SO much to learn when caring for an elderly parent. When I arrived at King Medical Supply I got the same great service. I was not only shown the item I was looking for but also an option that was less expensive. Thank you King Medical Supply! I'll be back and definitely recommend you to others!!

I am so grateful to have King in our community! We stopped in when my wife had to get a temporary ostomy and we couldn't get supplies from our supplier fast enough, but more than anything needed someone who knew the options and how to navigate the scary new world we found ourselves in. We are forever grateful to Tammy and Laurie and the entire staff for their compassion, listening, and knowledge. I have been a customer of Kings for 20 years,since my cancer surgery. As a new customer in 2005, Ran out of supplies on a weekend. They opened up for me and gave me what I needed. For over. 10 years until my insurance stopped coverage for small supply stores. Laurie and Tammy and the whole team were friendly and alway helpful! Recently the skin around my stoma became inflamed. Laurie recommended a new prep pad thatsolved

My spouse stopped in to get some medical items that I was in need of. The woman who assisted him looked up information for him, gave him a sample and was extremely helpful. He went to Shaw first and they were rude; he clearly bothered them by showing up.
