Was a loyal customer for 12 yrs , added a driver and forgot to update our auto bill, unknowingly fell behind a few $100 in payment and was canceled for 10days past due when full policy payment wasn’t due for 4 months. 12 yrs of great payment history gone in 10 days, tried to work with them today and was told we may or may not be reinstated, apparent they don’t want our business, not friendly or helpful about it and a little sarcastic, clear they don’t want our business and they aren’t interested in working with us anymore. ... read more

Strong warning against this agent. My husband mistakenly called them instead of our current agent (because they keep sending us invoice after invoice despite being told we weren’t renewing with them) to make a change to our motorcycle coverage, but called/emailed back within hours to say he made a mistake and that we did not have coverage with them.
