We signed up for a service plan with this company in July 2024. After that, we never heard from them again. In July 2025, we sold the home where the service was located and completely forgot about the plan. We recently realized that we were still being charged and contacted them. Excellent service! Replaced the pads on my evaporative coolers, serviced them, repaired the float system, and installed registers to redirect airflow. Now they are working like new.

Our experience with Jonaire was overall excellent. Their products, warranty, prices, customer service, appointment was on time the technician diagnosed, replaced old rusty capacitor, programmed/setup the unit, changed the air filter and cleaned and inspect around in the attic is now running excellent and showed me after completing the job. Also, signed up for subscription to visit twice a year for spring and fall. I can't complain. Overall was excellent service.

We live in Pahrump, NV. The team here did a great job of installing a new Rudd hvac system. They were efficient and completed the work in a hassel free and profesdional manner.

When emailed asking about fees and cost there was no mention of anything other than the service fee and potential cost of the part. Which quotes $70 for the service fee and $60 (which just rounded up) but after all said and done was told the cost was $200. Didn’t get a clear answer on why it went from $130 to $200. The techniques great but office manager i feel purposely didn’t disclose all information.
