Jodie was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when it came to selecting the best car and renters insurance policies for my needs. Jodie was persistent and worked with me to find a way to minimize the increase in our home insurance cost we were faced with due to the catastrophic fires in the NW. She saved us over $500 on our annual premium . I think that in the near future having a strong advocate will be increasingly important as wildfires push up our insurance costs. Jacksonville Insurance is that kind of service. I recommend them highly.

When I moved back to Oregon 18 months ago I checked around for my auto insurance. I stopped in at Jacksonville Insurance as my last agency to check with and I am so glad that I did! Jodie took care of me, the service she provided led me to refer my son and my brother for their insurance. Jodie had the knowledge and personal service that is hard to find these days. I am a licensed agent myself, I heartily recommend Jodie, Dan and Ginny and Jacksonville Insurance Agency.

We bought a home located in the Applegate/ Ruch area and found it is very difficult to get a home insured that is in a wooded area due to fire risk. I called multiple insurance companies with no luck until I called Jacksonville Insurance. Jodie answered and was the first place that said they might be able to find us insurance and that was not a lie. We got insurance! We know everyone at Jacksonville insurance had to put in a lot of work to get us coverage and we appreciate every bit of it.

These people are awesome! I needed coverage for an unusual vehicle that had been becoming an issue for me and I had all but given up and was on my way home, I was just driving by the Jville insurance and decided to stop by happenstance. I walked in and told them my situation, the interest and effort they put into helping me get the best coverage for the best rate was awesome! I felt like a person, not like a dollar sign. I can't recommend them more!
