Jerry, Ron, and the team at J and D Auto Body are the best! They communicate well, help through the process, and are fast! I have had 2 vehicles in, and they look brand new after they leave. I would 100% recommend them! I also work at a local automotive shop, and we refer all of our clients to them. They have a small-town feel and are great guys all the way around!

We hit a deer in November 2023 just a few blocks up the highway from J&D Auto Repair. We live in Missoula and initially planned to have it towed and fixed in Missoula. From our first intersections with the tow truck driver & staff we quickly decided to have it repaired with J&D. throughout the entire repair process we had excellent customer service and our van looks better than new! They went above and beyond installing our brush guard and light bar.

These guys are top of the line. I say that with years of vehicle wrenching under my own belt. Very clean, professional shop with the best of the best equipment. The guys are great to work with. Hit an elk while on the other side of the country and they took care of me every step of the way. Very patient while I had a nightmare with insurance company. After hitting a deer J&D made my car look as good as new! Service was exceptional no matter who I was communicating with and they fixed my car in a timely manner. So grateful to have them in our little valley.

I have no doubt the work they do is fantastic but I wouldn't know because my car is still locked in their shop 5 weeks after they quoted. For 7 weeks I have received no calls or updates from them outside of a quote. No notification that parts were delayed, or had arrived, or progress updates. I had to call and confirm everything. Communication is incredibly poor, and Ron quite literally laughed off my concerns every time I spoke with him. Go to Wimp's.
