From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. Definition of friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, answered all our questions with patience, and never once made us feel pressured. We purchased a camper from a private owner who had told us that they were going to have seal replaced by Jeff on the slide out because it leaked so while it was already there we had them do an inspection on the camper he told us it was a good camper at that everything checked out. Thay put in a "new" water heater. Now 1/2 yrs later after seeing all the brown water and blue shreds, when finally needing it, all rust water after flushing it numerous times had a new camper repair show me the camera. The inside glass shield was broke when it was put in plus the amount of of labor costs was ridiculous. New person Quoted 11/2 hours not 5. TERRIBLE AND I THOUGHT IT WAS RESPECTABLE. Until now. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
Interstate RV is great! Our front power jack didn't work and they tried to help over the phone but ended coming to our campsite the next day. Fuse box had melted and other fuse was blowen. Jeff is wonderful and I would recommend.
I stopped in to the dealership to purchase some lighting for a friend's camper, was greeted by Jeff and Renee, the owners. They were extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend Interstate RV, they are an excellent small town dealership.
