We had a leaky ram on our tube bender which is one of our main pieces of equipment that we use almost weekly. The guys here gave me a quote to repair it that was less than replacing, turned the work around in about a week and we were back on line. The price was actually on the bottom side of the range they quoted and done about a week earlier than they originally said. I really appreciate the help I received today from industrial hydraulics! The owner really went out of his way to help me out rebuilding a damaged power steering line that I couldn't buy anymore. He took time to listen to what I needed and assist me any way he could, and the line works perfectly! Really saved the day for me. I would highly recommend industrial hydraulics! I came in on short notice with a Semco S35000 (140,000 pound pump hoist ) and they managed to fit me in, make good recommendations and get me back on the road, they used quality components, and the staff was very professional. Their secretary is 10/10
If you are a painter and need your Paint sprayer repaired this is NOT the place you want to take it to, Unless you don't need it back in a timely manner. First they ship your sprayer off to another shop where there is only one Tech that can work on it and he also is the only person that does services call. After calling several times to check on the status of my equipment after 2 weeks they finally called me back and said it was a $5 part needed to be replace. Need a large hose made, walked in and helped immediately. Hose was completed in a short time. Extremely polite people and fast service. Highly recommend.
