My parents have built their small logging company from nothing the last 20 years. A hose blew in their Ponsee Buffalo (forwarder) and they went to this shop for a new one. They charged $730 for a 3.5ft hose. My parents were suspicious of the price and called Ponsee for a quote on the same hose and it’s a $105 hose. Absolutely ripped off a family owned small business. 😡
