Joe Miller provides excellent customer service along with professional audiology testing leading to the right kind of hearing aid for the individual. He takes care of ordering the hearing aid, the meeting with you, fitting the aids and explaining how they work. My first pair lasted 4 years, but my hearing changed a bit and he worked with me and my insurance to provide the hearing aids I needed. You will be pleased with his individual and professional care.

Joe Miller is a topnotch, consummate audiology professional, who will go out of his way to accommodate his customer's needs and preferences. He initially provided me a recommendation regarding a hearing aid brand and model based on a thorough assessment of my hearing loss. I called Joe Miller to inquire about getting a new charging cord for my Resound rechargeable battery charger since I got bounced out of Tri-Care since I did not opt in for Medicare Part B when turning 65 (retained company health care coverage). Since Walter Reed could no longer service my needs, he’s now my guy. Superb customer support and responsiveness. Highly commend.

I was in need of a part for a hearing aid for my father. Mr. Miller ordered the part even though he was not the supplier of the hearing aid. He was very quick to respond to all communications and I never had a problem meeting him at his office. When the part arrived (sooner then predicted) he sent me a text to let me know it was available and I was able to pick it up the next day. 5+ stars! Joe has been supporting my now 92-year old father since he moved to the D.C. area in 2016, and I've had him check my hearing as well. With my dad, he clearly presented a range of options and prices on hearing aids, carefully explained how to use the ones we selected, cheerfully took numerous followup questions, and visited to make sure things were working right.
