Nice company. The company owner answered the phone and scheduled our service for a leaking washing machine. The service technician showed up right on time and was a man with 46 years experience!!! Very comforting!!!! He quickly found a broken hose and used his phone to search for the part. Unfortunately he was finding that the part was no longer available.
