5 star selection. 0 star service. We came in around 4:30… Which I know is 30 minutes prior to their closing, but we actually had questions and wanted to see what they had. Instead, they pressed us for pictures and basically said "well we can create anything you want" The gal that was helping us was so uninterested, we should have just walked out. My husband bought my engagement ring from Guven about 4 years ago and it is beautiful and I love it. This week one of the small surrounding diamonds fell out. I took the ring in on Friday afternoon and they had it ready by lunch on Saturday and didn’t even charge me. They are family owned and operated and have excellent customer service. I highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs.
Isa and his family have helped us for over 25 years! They ministered to our family when my first husband passed away to help his last item on his bucket list: be with our son as he chose his beautiful fiancé’s engagement ring…on our houseboat because my husband was too weak to come to Guven’s store.
