GFS just finished our entirely new septic system, all components were replaced. We have a difficult yard, I was a difficult homeowner, and we have the 3rd largest Red Oak in the Commonwealth infringing on the work-site. They were all patient with my arborist, and willing to listen to him. They offered to trim all feeding roots in the trench-zone to assist in my desire to keep our Oak healthy. Absolutely do not recommend Great Falls Septic. They quoted us $985 to pump the pit and replace 3 float valves. When the tech arrived, he demanded an extra $40 cash—unquoted—and got hostile when we questioned it. Then, without telling us, he shut off our septic pump AND the alarm system. He left without doing any work and didn’t even say goodbye. We only found out because a second company told us the system had been intentionally disabled and was at risk of overflowing. Great Falls Septic Service, Kurt, came to our houses (mine and my daughter's/son-in-law's) in Lovettsville yesterday. The service was outstanding. Kurt was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He carefully cleaned both tanks making sure our systems were working properly and gave me proof with his phone camera. He answered all my questions. The price was so reasonable!! I was very impressed and will call only Great Falls Septic Service for our septic needs. I highly recommend this company!
Awesome! Mauricio, from Great Falls Septic, thoroughly cleaned the septic tanks, he patiently answered all my questions and addressed all the issues. I think this is the first time I could hear the echo sounds from the hose water hitting the bottom of each of the tanks. See you in five years.
