I really enjoyed going into this place for the first time. Sheila was very knowledgeable in the products she sells and easy to talk to. This place looks small but carries a wide variety of vitamins, organic food, and self- care products and is not too expensive. I will differently be back.

The most amazing health and wellness advice , wholesome products ,but beyond all else they are open and actively there for us locals or any one who walks thru their door- if they don't have it ,they can get it or find it for you right there it's just incredible caring service .

This is a wonderful store for those with food allergies. I have found a whole array of delightful foods in this tiny store. Some of my faves are dairy-free cheeses, coconut whipped cream, gluten free donuts and crackers, and a whole lot more. The best part is the lunch buffet. I have been able to eat almost everything on the buffet with gluten and dairy allergies! That is amazing. I can't wait for my next visit, I only wish it was closer to home!

IF you or someone you care about must eat gluten-free or have other food sensitivities, be sure to check out this place!! I've only been once since it's a bit far away for me, but I'm looking forward to going back. I discovered a lot of items and brands that do a really good job of creating gluten free foods.
