I had an extremely disappointing experience with this temp service. Instead of offering support or clear communication, they constantly nitpicked minor issues and created a hostile environment. It felt less like they were trying to help employees succeed and more like they were building a case to write people up. There was little to no constructive feedback. Everything was great except, if you get IL Paid Leave, use it or lose it!!! I earned it, therefore I should get to use it even if I don't miss work. They supposedly hold it for a year if I come back to use their staffing service, I can use it then...Where does it go if I don't come back??? 🤔

A person would would suffer great waiting this long the same script last year I was told wait by phone for a week then call back well it's been 4 weeks and no call Andi said I would be available for any job

FurstStaffing's people gave me great support as a temporary remote employee by quickly responding to calls and emails with answers to my questions. Friendly people work in their Rockford office, and I would highly recommend them to help you find your next position, as long as you're motivated and WANT to work!
