Recently last year I went in to get a name plate for my dog. She passed away 15 Mar 2025 I waited and waited while Scott talked with a customer and was discusssing scripture on and on Their dog kept at me. I finally left without so much as an idea how long he wss going to preach. I had experienced good service before. Not this time😡 Scott didn't even acknowledge me waiting

I went into the store for a last-minute request. Needed a small metal place card for a box I was giving to a friend. Within 30 minutes the place card was created and it was attached. I would suggest they take some pride in their displays in the store. Very dusty. Some TLC in the storefront and items that are displayed are needed to show their great quality. Some deep cleaning so that customers are not turned away. I marked out name for privacy reasons.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. I previously ordered similar engraved items from Frogs Printing six months ago at a reasonable price and was satisfied with the quality and transaction. However, during my most recent experience, I was charged a significantly higher price (almost double) for the same type of product.
