I am long overdue in writing this review. Foreign Affairs has worked on our Volvo, our Audi, and they have kept our much beloved, ancient MB wagon in amazing shape. Some repairs have been predictably expensive, many have been much lower than we originally anticipated. I trust them and depend on their judgment about our vehicles. I feel lucky we have them in Duluth!
I needed a lot of work done on my Volkswagen. I called Foreign Affairs for a quote, and they charged half of what the dealership offered me. They got me in quick, did a great job, and offered free follow-up care if there was a complication. Jeff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going there for any future issues with my Volkswagen.
Most recently, we had a trailer hitch installed on our vehicle. We had previously consulted with another company in town and they were unable or unwilling to do the work. At Foreign Affairs they are always pleasant and professional and get jobs scheduled and completed in a timely fashion. I think their fees are reasonable and comparable to other repair and maintenance services in the area.
This place had my saab for damn near a year, took them 8 months to bring in one part of the many. Today is the 5th of December 2025 after all that time went with them having my car and vehicle waiting on parts I came to pick up my vehicle and paid off a car that doesn't turn over and everything on the dash is still lit up notification wise. This is a very good business! They are great to their customers, Very reasonably priced for foreign vehicles and they exceeded my expectations! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get their foreign vehicles worked on !
