While living near this vet clinic I visited several different times with my kitties. After moving away and finding a truly good vet I was hit with the realization just how bad my experiences were at this clinic. The vet seems like maybe hes just burnt out and just wants to get you out the door as quickly as possible. I brought my kitty with chronic stuffy noses to him more than once but never fully fixed any problems. With one visit to a good vet we found out so much more and have seen a huge improvement already. about 4 years ago, 6/15/2021, We had to put my cat down because it was blind in one of the eyes, and it had gotten worse overtime, so we put it down. And in the process, as a child I was like 10 at the time, I had to witness them give our cat the injections straight away no anesthesia, and I had to listen and watch my cat screech in pain, they had pinched its back end and put the injections in like it was nothing and called it good afterwards, I was crying, worst vet ever, I prefer Cascade West Vet. This was one of the most awful experiences I’ve ever had. This vet has absolutely no empathy nor time management skills. I have been here previously with my dog and noticed it was not a good animal clinic however today I had to put my dog down and they already had her in their system and is the closest. Our appointment was at 4:20 where he gave her a sedative. Completely forgot about us being in the room and finally came in to put her to sleep after 5. My friend brought her dog here two days before his second birthday, faced with the heartbreaking need to put him down (because he had bitten a boy who was taunting him). Because my friend was kept waiting almost two hours past her appointment time, the dog became increasingly anxious and, when he was at last released from his kennel, he was understandably aggressive.
