Dr. Heath has been my doctor for 15 years. He is so awesome. Takes his time with you and you don't feel rushed. Explains things and answers your questions. Have had no problems with his nurse Dawn. She's always been very helpful. The front desk ladies are great, especially Katie. She is so sweet and has helped me out many times. She goes above and beyond her duties. I highly recommend Family Medicine for your doctors.
Nikki and her nurse Ashley are awesome. Always super caring, so happy, and great at what they do. Super personable and never feels like I’m “at the doctors”. They are my family’s go to! If you’re looking for someone who actually cares about their patients and you can tell they love their job, so see these ladies. I love taking my family here.
I recently just switched to Sammy for my primary care and love how thorough she was during my annual wellness visit. I never felt rushed and I felt my medications were chosen wisely. She’s doing great! 😊
Dr. Heath is our primary doctor and he never makes me feel rushed and is great at answering any of my questions. Niki Weston has seen us several times when our primary doctor was unable to and she is truly the best, especially with children. It's clear that she cares about people as individuals and that this isn't just a job to her. I would highly recommend her!
The front desk is always above & beyond! Dr’s are on top of their game too. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is Dr. Heaths nurse assistant. She is a disgruntled human being. I hope she finds peace in whatever she is going through outside of work so she can not take it out on her & Dr. Heath’s patients..
