My vehicle was very well taken care of, it's running very smoothly, and the pricing was very reasonable. That was my first visit and I'll come back. Excellent customer service from Meghan, she treats you as a VIP the moment you walk in, even on the phone she's mild mannered and very professional. I'm really impressed 👍.
EAC is a family owned business - their reputation is based on customer satisfaction. That said they have been very good to my vehicle, helping with maintenance and answering questions. Their rates are very reasonable and I've had good turnaround time on my vehicle repairs. It appears they specialize in Mercedes from old to new, very much like the dealership but with better customer care. Want to buy a Mercedes - have them check it out 😉
We’ve been using European Auto Care for over ten years to service our 2004 Volvo S60R and a 2007 Audi A3 and now the cars have an additional 100k on them they’re both much more reliable than when we started! We trust them so much we have no problem making the 70mile round trip to have our cars serviced there!
