Fantastic service! Stripped drain plug, didn’t charge extra to pull it. Oil change reasonable. I also wanted my 6 speed transmission fluid changed with the Redline fluid I brought. No problem! No extra charges. They do like to upsell services. Air and cabin filter changes. I decline air because I have K&N cleanable. Cabin filter I had them do, a little pricey given the 9$ paper filter and 2 minutes it takes to swap, but I had them do it because I was there. Not the first time I’ve been here. Went here for the first time today. I was pleasantly surprised with the service and friendliness of the staff. I felt like I was in an Indy 500 pit stop.....in and out so quickly. The guys swarmed around checking this and that, and my favorite was not being treated like a dumb woman. Having a mechanical background I know what goes on, and these guys were all professionals. I have been going to Ernie's for almost 3 years, and they continue to impress me. Thank you to Glenn and his team. Customer service is wonderful. They check my lights, bushes, and other things on Mt car to make sure they are operating efficiently, and suggest to me when something needs to be taken care of, and fantastic prices. If they are unable to fix it themselves, they suggest a reputable shop to take my car to. I will continue to be a loyal customer. ❤️
